Aluminum and wood are joined together with the wood casting process; using the whole tree trunk, the molten aluminum is poured directly onto the wood, the surface is burned and darkened. It is a great way to merge two materials and create something completely unique.
Obviously, each piece differs from each other, depending on the various wood types and the leakage of the aluminum through the wood cracks.
So inspiring!!!
